Tips & Resources for Group Leaders
Your group is planning a trip to Point 11! We can't wait to greet you and serve you while you are here. Point 11 is a rental facility. That means that our staff are professionally trained to provide services and run activities for your camp event above and beyond most rental facilities. Below is some important information for your group leader.

FAQ - Group Leaders
Do I need to sign up participants, or do they call Point 11 to register?
Each group leader will sign up there group with Point 11. Each participant for your group will fill out a health form and basic registration form prior to the event. You will submit the registration forms by mail to Point 11 30 days before your event and bring the health forms with you. These forms are required and will be a part of your check in.
As a group leader do I need to arrive early to check-in or prepare for our event?
Sometimes group leaders find it beneficial to arrive a day early to get the lay of the land, to meet the staff and make final arrangements as needed. This is not required and group leaders may arrive prior to their participants on the day your camp session begins.
What is check-in time?
Check-in time for rental camps is 3:00pm - 6:00pm on your start day. Late arrivals should check-in at the main office at the center of camp for assistance. Check-in time for retreats is 5:00pm - 6:00pm on your start day.
Can Point 11 accommodate wheelchair bound participants?
Everyone is welcome at Point 11! However the Point 11 facilities and grounds are not built ramp accessible, and many of the pathways are loose gravel. Many of the buildings and activities are ground level entry.
If my group has a problem and cannot attend do I get my deposit back?
The Point 11 deposit for week long camps is $1000. The deposit for Point 11 retreats is $400. Because of the long planning time needed for groups to come to Point 11 we cannot provide refunds of deposits after 120 days before your event.
Will there be a snacks, personal items, and a merchandise shop?
There will be a limited number of items available at the main office for purchase. This will include T-shirts, caps, batteries, feminine hygiene products, and healthy snacks, etc.
